• Carry out Due Diligence; preparation of Inception Reports and providing Regulatory Support and arrange for Legal Advise for industry and service sector Investment Projects including renewable energy projects
• Conducting Demand & Resource assessments and preparation of Pre-Feasibility Appraisals which can be used for obtaining initial approvals such as Provisional Approvals, Letters of Intent or to sign Memorandum of Understanding.
• Project Management, Administration and Monitoring: Includes preparation of detailed designs & feasibility reports, economic and financial analysis and liaison among wide range of stakeholders including state agencies, donor agencies, financial institutions and private sector organisations in obtaining bank finance and/or private sector investment, statutory approvals; preparation of tender documents and conducting procurement processes in alignment with World Bank, United Nations, ADB or other International Organization’s guidelines; monitoring the implementation and testing, and commissioning, and Technical, Environmental, and Social Safeguard verification process
• Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) contracts which cover all design, procurement and construction work
• Conducting Initial Environmental Assessments (IEA) and Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA)
• Technology Assessments and Technology Selection considering least cost scenarios and emphasizing the long-term sustainability in community owned and operated rural electrification projects
• Energy Efficiency Improvements and Energy Conservation measures
• Power Wheeling and Grid Connection of renewable energy projects
• Providing Professional Services in Architectural, and Structural, Civil, Electrical, Electronic and Mechanical Engineering
