Staff Positions
Those who would work in administration and support services with leadership, managerial or clerical roles may join the Staff positions, who may work in general office or with different teams for longer durations. When a vacancy arises, the required qualifications to apply the specific staff positions may generally be advertised in media and prospective applicants are expected to respond to such calls as prescribed
Part-Timers
Experienced and qualified personnel such as Technical Officers, Project Officers, Environmental and Social Safeguard Specialists, Supervisors (Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical etc.,), Statisticians, Electricians, Technicians, Community Mobilizers, and Procurement Specialists, Store Keepers and other skilled personnel from occupations such as welding, cutting, fitting, fabricating, plumbing, and machining etc., may be hired on a part time basis for their services
Core Consultants
Professionals with advanced knowledge and skills pertaining to their disciplinary specialization may serve as Core Consultants who would provide their professionalism to projects undertaken by us. They would demonstrate higher levels of conceptual, analytical and communication skills with substantive expertise in the respective fields. They shall hold a minimum 3 years of relevant professional work experience and an advanced university degree. Those will lesser educational paper qualifications, but combined with sufficient years of relevant work experience may also be considered
Freelance Consultants
The experts who would join our teams on short-term projects or assignments providing expertise to perform a specific task or an assignment. These may be to undertake a whole or part of a study, preparation of reports or knowledge products, analysis of issues, being a resource person of a capacity development programme, or undertaking any work within their area of expertise
Interns
The students engaged in postgraduate studies, recent graduates, or senior undergraduates from universities and other higher educational institutions from different disciplines and academic backgrounds are given the opportunity to enhance their educational experience and exposure to real industrial applications in the energy sector through practical work assignments providing them a learning opportunity in various professional fields. The postgraduate students can enroll as an intern anytime, the graduates can enroll if their date of internship commencement is less than six months from completion of graduate studies, and in the case of undergraduates, it should in their third year or higher of their undergraduate programmes. The internship would usually be between 4 to 6 months, and they may receive a monthly stipend to assist them to cover living and accommodation expenses decided on a case by case basis
Trainees
The students studying in universities or other higher educational institutions in their first or second year may apply to learn as a trainee. They may be given the opportunity to enhance their educational experience and exposure to real industrial applications in the energy sector through practical work assignments providing them a learning opportunity in various professional fields. The training period would usually be between 2 to 3 months, and they may receive a daily allowance to cover living and accommodation expenses based on satisfactory attendance decided on a case by case basis
