  • Promoting the models of sharing of equity and risks by a development agency (grant), financing institutions (debt), own equity (cash, material and labour) or any combination of these

  • Leave provisions in the mini grid and village electrification schemes for grid connection once the main electricity grid is extended to the villages in the future, and connect them when such opportunity arises
